Meditation Support Pillow

Cushion to support meditation postures 

These square pads are filled with buckwheat chaff and serve to support the knees, ankles etc. during meditation or for other forms of support.

Material outer cushion: cotton.
Inner cushion: bleached cotton.
Filling: buckwheat chaff - refillable.

The height of the knee cushion can be adjusted by removing some buckwheat chaff.
Washing instructions: wash cold to hand warm separately after removing the inner cushion with buckwheat chaff.​
